As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support and collaborate with the Marketing Director and Graphic Designer to develop various marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of and prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions and techniques including market research, content creation, email automation, and social media. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator must be highly organized, able to handle a multitude of projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities
  • Create and maintain a directory of marketing materials, ensuring all resources are accurate and up to date
  • Simplify complex data and concepts into easily-digestible visual aids and materials
  • Clearly communicate project objectives and timelines, setting expectations with various project stakeholders
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels
  • Continually seek new information and data, providing recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
  • Develop and manage content and social media, including blogs and public relations materials
  • Evaluate, monitor, and optimize campaign performance
  • Analyze key metrics and create reports
  • Manage relationships with external vendors
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Strategist, or in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field preferred
  • A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices
  • Experience with traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media
  • Working knowledge of tools including WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics
  • You thrive in working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • You are creative with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
  • You are thorough and detail-oriented
  • You are self-motivated and proactive
  • You have the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
