Our Customer Success organization is looking for a Content Creator, Digital Customer Success, to ideate and write one-to-many communications for our digital-led customer success strategy. In this role, you will create customer lifecycle communications for initiatives to drive product adoption, customer engagement, retention, and growth at scale. You will use Gainsight and Conversica AI Assistants to engage customers and partners via email campaigns, webinars, in-app engagements, conversational AI campaigns, and other creative channels. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams to understand content needs, develop new content, and align stakeholders on digital customer success initiatives.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about innovative technologies and has experience creating content for a B2B SaaS company. Experience in a post-sale, customer-facing role is a plus. You are a creative copywriter and storyteller with big ideas and a fresh, fun voice that grabs attention and inspires action. You are a superb communicator with a strong proficiency in writing, editing, and grammar and an eye for design and creating visual elements to bring their copy full circle.

  • Develop, deliver, and report on communications for Conversica’s digital customer success strategy.
  • Write copy and design visuals for email campaigns, webinars, in-app engagements, and conversational AI campaigns.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance and propose the one-to-many motions needed to increase engagement.
  • Partner with key team members in Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to uncover customer and partner needs, produce content, and ensure stakeholder alignment on brand voice and messaging.
  • Implement communication programs via Conversica, Gainsight, and GainsightPX.
  • Create and maintain the editorial calendar for scheduled communications and one-to-many motions.
  • Intake requests from internal partners and balance them with strategic content initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience copywriting or crafting content for a B2B SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of experience in a post-sales role such as customer success, customer support, or professional services is preferred.
  • Outstanding copywriter and visual designer with proven ability to create engaging and original online content. Samples of written content and creativity will be requested.
  • Solid understanding of digital-led content, trends, and strategies to drive engagement and encourage action.
  • Savvy communicator, comfortable communicating with a diverse audience. Ability to translate complex, technical subject matter into plain language.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects
  • Strong eye for business and ability to use critical thinking to solve problems and inform decisions.
  • Excellent people skills and proven experience building relationships, influencing others, and working collaboratively across teams.
  • Able to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to build reports and comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Must be tech-savvy, enthusiastic about new technology, and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong proficiency in B2B marketing automation systems, CRMs, and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Gainsight.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
