Marketing Analyst 🔥


As Marketing Analyst you will lead the building out the technology infrastructure, data and analytics, and brand compliance for marketing activities. Working towards the company strategy, you will create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation. You will conduct complex data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions. You will have a keen detective eye to spot trends, patterns, and areas to improve. You will be responsible for end-to-end optimization and governance of marketing processes to ensure consistent data-tracking, retargeting, and optimum brand positioning. A results-driving, back-end developer with a background in corporate marketing will be ideal for this position.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute the global strategy and plan to drive Marketing Qualified Leads, SEO, and data-driven improvements.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Demand generation and marketing funnel optimization.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on marketing and sales activities, efficacy, and business impact.
  • Through data analysis, set-up and review, present ideas to grow company MQLs and overall company revenue.
  • Research, plan and implement a path to maximize CRM, software, and tools.
  • Track the efficiency of all marketing projects, and measure results with other marketers and sales managers. This requires tight alignment to ensure consistency.
  • Ensure key targets are met across paid advertising, social, SEO, etc.
  • Build a roadmap to success for consistent MQL engagement.
  • Research and present paid-marketing proposals to acquire new MQLs.
  • Competitor analysis.
  • Create best practice SOPs for this position and the wider team.
  • Collaborate with channel-specific markers (websites, blogs, EDM, social media) to optimize each conversion path.
  • Work with the sales team to identify the customer journey and maximize conversion points.
  • Work and collaborate with sales and marketing team members across time zones (US, Europe, South East Asia).

Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge in Hubspot and Google Analytics essential
  • Past sales and marketing data analysis experience.
  • Experience with a data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
  • Creative agency or company experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising, and tracking.
  • You must be analytical and able to extract meaning from data and use this to optimize a team’s approach and a company’s forecast.
