We're looking for a content strategist ready to champion the power of content, collaborate willingly and openly with our team, and establish a strong voice for content.

What you'll do:

Ensure that our brand experiences hold true to a strategic, well-understood story, review all content testing plans and performance metrics, and evolve our content strategies over time to continually strengthen the brand.

  • Be the go-to content and copy expert on the team
  • Strategically plan and develop all content for net-new brand experiences, including campaign and promotional content, sales enablement, experience flows, wireframes, and final copy for web and app experiences
  • Establish messaging and content strategies to develop a cohesive brand
  • Define the creative briefs, as well as a review and approval system for agency- or freelance-generated copy projects
  • Provide all kinds of writing needed for sales enablement, lead generation, nurture programs, website, webinars, trade shows, email communication, and more.
  • Collect information and inputs from stakeholders, users, customers, and team members via interviews and meetings to support content development
  • Collaborate with the team, and lead meetings to review and approve content strategy
  • Work very closely with the rest of the marketing team, as well as designers, developers, and product owners throughout the process

What you'll need:

  • 6+ years agency experience working as a content strategist and writer
  • Deep organization skills
  • Ability to think strategically across brand experiences to develop content that meets user needs and business needs, and to develop coherent, cohesive content plans to bring those experiences to life with the design team
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly and kindly with multiple teams
  • Ability to think granularly as well as holistically about content-driven brand experiences
  • Bachelor's or higher degree, or the equivalent, in marketing, communications or related fields.
