Creative Director, Content Marketing Creative - Remote 🔥

Reporting to the VP/CD, Content Marketing, the Creative Director will work within a multi-disciplinary team to lead campaigns that are culturally-relevant, buzzworthy, and deserving of a consumer's time and attention. You are a fierce advocate for the consumer and want to become a voice in how we can generate excitement and expand its audience.

We're looking for a dynamic, driven and savvy Creative Director to lead the conception, development and production of 360-degree marketing campaigns for our Original launches. The Creative Director must possess the ability to create premium, award-winning promotional content across all platforms and media, including key art / OOH, broadcast / video, print, digital and social. He/she will lead a team of Art Directors, Writer / Producers, Copywriters, Editors and Designers to develop on-brand strategic solutions, working closely from the Marketing brief and collaborating with partners and peers across the organization. The CD will manage the project across its lifecycle - from research to pitching, storyboarding to post-production. He/she will be expected to inspire and motivate the team, shepherding the campaign at all stages and providing guidance and constructive feedback.

We will look to the CD to maintain the highest creative, conceptual and production standards, while constantly ensuring our brand integrity and consistency. The ideal candidate is a strong creative manager with deep experience in entertainment marketing, who can anticipate production needs and manage workflows to achieve outstanding results while ensuring that exceptional-quality work is delivered on-time, on-budget and on-brand.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team including Art Director, Writer / Producer, Copywriter and Designer to concept, develop and execute complete 360-degree marketing campaigns in support of our Original launches, across a multitude of owned and paid channels, on all platforms and in all media
  • Create strategic, conceptual, content-driven campaigns that position us at the intersection of culture and entertainment, and as a leader in premium streaming entertainment
  • Consistently develop compelling, breakthrough marketing creative that generates excitement and engagement within the target market and inspires industry buzz
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing leads and partners across the organization to develop launch campaigns that:
  • Lead with the content - boldly showcasing what is most unique, rewarding and compelling from the title
  • Perfectly communicate the unique proposition of our experience
  • Leverage core consumer insights and native behaviors in order to attract, compel and convert the target audience
  • Innovate how we approach channels and other consumer touchpoints
  • Leverage data to inform creative strategies and positioning
  • Elevate our brand
  • Oversee and guide writing / producing of campaign promo scripts for live action and/or animated trailers and motion assets
  • Manage the work of external agencies, vendors and production companies
  • Lead campaign presentations and pitches with internal stakeholders and external partners and talent
  • Manage celebrity talent and high profile production partners across all campaign milestones
  • Concept, plan and direct live action and photo shoots
  • Serve as a leader across the team to inspire creative thinking and innovation, always encouraging and sharing best industry practices and new solutions
  • 10+ years of entertainment industry experience, leading a multi-disciplinary team of writers, producers, editors, animators and designers
  • Outstanding reel / portfolio of multi-platform, content-led creative campaign work (including video, print, key art / OOH, digital, social)
  • Experience as a leading voice creating innovative, forward-thinking concepts across all platforms and media, while maintaining brand consistency and delivering against strategic briefs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Deep experience managing external agencies, vendors and production companies as well as internal stakeholders
  • Ability to juggle multiple tentpole-level projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing the highest caliber, best-in-class creative
  • Experience working with and managing celebrity talent and production partners
  • Experience directing live action and photo shoots
  • 8 hour shift
