Customer Service Representative 🔥


Lulu Dharma is a leading accessories brand seeking a part-time remote Customer Service Representative and Admin Support, with a flexible schedule (weekday and weekend availability) and the ability to keep track of their own hours. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with a strong ability to stay ten steps ahead, respond to unexpected changes, have an attention to detail, and interface with customers via telephone and other forms of correspondence.

This is a part-time position with a guaranteed 10 hours minimum per week (up to 30 hours on busy weeks).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chats quickly and efficiently

· Place outbound calls to customers when necessary to advise and/or obtain information needed to process orders

· Work with the entire team to ensure that customer inquiries are properly answered.

· Turn unhappy customers into brand advocates by providing exceptional customer service with every customer interaction

· Accurately document every interaction to ensure that all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

· Collect customer feedback information and utilize it to help improve the customer experience.

· Communicate order fulfillment issues and/or requests with warehouse. We can’t fix something if we don’t know it’s happening, right?

· Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Our ideal Customer Service Representative will have:

· Warm, personable, and polished demeanor in-person and on the phone

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • “Customer is always right” attitude
  • Energetic and team-oriented with a positive, "can-do" attitude
  • Comfortable working with Google Docs, Excel, and Dropbox

· A high speed and reliable internet connection, a computer with online capabilities + the Microsoft Office

  • A dedicated and quiet workspace
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Amazing phone presence, can tame even the most ferocious of customers
  • Expert level multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to details is a must
  • Plays well with others and works well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
  • Honest and trustworthy (you will be responsible for tracking your own hours)

Other skills that will set you apart but are not required:

  • Experience working with Zendesk
  • Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
  • Strong interest in fashion/eco-conscious accessories

Candidate to start as soon as possible.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
