Customer Support Specialist 🔥


Main Requirements:

  • Stable Internet connection – 50 MB down or greater
  • Backup Location – Internet, Power, environment
  • Distraction Free location to work – a quiet place where the Candidate is able to focus, and openly communicate about PII/PHI.

Distractions are defined as, but not limited to:

Schedule:

24 hour call center so hours vary

Candidate Technical Requirements:

  • Providence will provide an Enterprise configured device and peripherals

Work:
AskCE is a new team that is working to centralize the Enterprise intake of equipment supported by the Clinical Engineering Devices. (Infusion pumps, MRI machines, Defoliators, etc) Day 1 this team will be triage for inbound phone calls, and transfers for emergent issues. As the team evolves, it will add Chat, SMS, and other support opportunities. Additionally, work may expand to be more than work order creation, and move to some initial troubleshooting/remote support.

  • Call Dispatch experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
