Key Responsibilities:

  • Help our new clients smoothly transition to the SMB Team family so they NEVER want to leave (our 90% contract renewal rate proves it)
  • Work closely and have frequent communications with an assigned portfolio of clients on an ongoing basis
  • Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls to clearly communicate the client’s campaign results in a way they understand
  • Suggest proposed changes to their campaign results in order to increase their results in a truly consultative, diagnostic manner
  • Smoothly and professionally upgrade our client’s services so that they get maximum value from our services
  • Work with our clients to engage them in the contract renewal process so they stay with us for years
  • Constantly be looking for ways to streamline our internal processes so we ALWAYS deliver the most flawless client experience possible

Now, let’s talk through the qualifications you need.


Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent, excellent writing skills. We don’t expect you to be the next great novelist, but we do expect you to be able to quickly, easily and understandably communicate information that may not be familiar to our clients
  • Excellent, excellent verbal communication skills. You will be meeting with clients over Zoom and Google Meets and we don’t have time to teach you how to present information to people or easily engage with them. I.E. you MUST have strong interpersonal skills
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing strategies. Any additional experience with executing/understanding digital marketing is a plus! If it’s totally new to you, don’t worry; we’ll make sure you’re trained the RIGHT way the FIRST time
  • A keen eye for detail that zealously looks for any areas of improvement in your communications, the client’s results, and our processes
  • Solid organization skills so that you can effectively manage (and EXCEED) your daily, weekly, and monthly to-do list
  • Be able to HONESTLY work well in a fast-paced environment where your job description is updated or changed as the needs of the company change
  • Must be a proactive team player that works well with others and is able to accept constructive feedback without ego. We can accept and work around honest mistakes, but egotistical finger-pointing or blame-mongering will NOT be tolerated
