We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Copywriter to join our team. The Marketing Copywriter will work closely to assist in the development and execution of campaigns that acquire, convert, and retain customers across a variety of marketing channels. Duties include, but are not limited to, producing content across a number of marketing channels including the blog, email, in-app messaging, eBooks, one sheets, press releases, landing pages, social media, and more. The Marketing Copywriter will also provide content that will help with the success of the Sales and Customer Success teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Write and concept ideas within established brand guidelines for all mediums, including social, events, content, collateral, partnerships, etc.
  • Help champion the company's brand identity, tone, and voice both internally and externally
  • Produce a variety of content in line with the company's voice (eBooks, emails, blogs, case studies, one sheets, videos, bylines, etc.)
  • Contribute to Raken's content strategy working directly with the Director of Marketing Content on new ideas and future marketing efforts
  • Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations
  • Serve as editor for consistency across company communications while taking in feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Learn about Raken's audience and the construction industry, and be able to effectively craft content around the specific needs and pain points within it

Skills and Experience

  • 1-3+ yrs as Marketing Copywriter or Content Marketing Specialist or directly related experience in the same or related industry
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience totaling 4 years
  • Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience working in a B2B enterprise or SaaS organizations
  • Experience adopting and writing in a company's defined voice
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience writing value-driven content that translates features into benefits
  • Experience with a variety of tools in the Marketing stack and an eagerness to learn new tools
  • Experience using project management software (Wrike, Asana, etc.)
