Partner Marketing & Enablement Lead 🔥
Partner Marketing & Enablement Lead Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed needs assessments and develop the strategy for partner marketing and enablement team in collaboration with the partner channel organization and the broader marketing team.
- Improve the overall sales and delivery readiness of the partner ecosystem. Provide ongoing support to key partners and develop new initiatives to drive sustained business growth.
- Extend and enhance the current partner enablement program to help ensure partners can be onboarded at scale.
- Develop partner outreach strategy and cadence with input from partner sales team and marketing teammates. Manage communications to partners for all product launches, and support mid-flight and post launch analysis.
- Support partner marketing programs such as MDF to ensure partner investments drive clear ROI.
- Build relationships with the partner sales team to understand their needs and support the GTM initiatives through new scaled marketing initiatives.
- Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and key channel partners to monitor opportunities, new requirements, and future goals.
- Identify and develop metrics to measure and assess success of the partner marketing and enablement initiatives and continually identify opportunities to improve, and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and executive management.
- Manage and develop the partner marketing and enablement team members, and lead capacity planning for future team growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant work experience including but not limited to marketing or enablement
- 3+ years experience managing teams
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes
- Demonstrated independence in launching and managing programs
- Experience in partner programs, enablement, and global program delivery for large enterprise technology company
- Effective strategic and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales and Marketing background
- Demonstrated skills in team leadership, problem solving, and attention to detail
- Experience supporting and enabling software resellers
- Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills
