As a Marketing Manager for Goodway Group's franchise & multi-location industries, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing agile marketing tactics to acquire and retain clients within these unique industries. As a collaborative marketing manager, you will work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer experience team to build better customer-centric marketing campaigns and assets to drive growth. Being successful in this fully-remote position means you will prioritize collaboration and communication with stakeholders and team members in order to meet your goals. You will be on the ground developing new marketing campaigns to drive high engagement from target accounts in the automotive, fitness, and QSR verticals using tactics like content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, event marketing, direct mail, sales enablement, and more. You will have the support of the entire marketing team (marketing automations manager, social media and content managers, designers, ABM and events managers) as well as your key stakeholders in other teams to help you find the voice of the customer and execute high performing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for maintaining high performance in all campaigns, optimizing and executing adjustments based on data and performance, as well as maintaining budgets and reporting for your campaigns and their outcomes. In this role, you will become an account-based marketing expert and lead new demand generating initiatives that can scale across the entire customer journey. Experience with B2B lead generation and familiarity with account based marketing foundations is highly recommended to be successful in this role.


Strategy, Planning, Execution:

  • Develop and maintain the ideal customer profile for franchise and multi-location businesses including pain points, industry trends, and best practice.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, and customer experience to create and execute high-ROI strategic marketing plans for new client acquisition and client retention.
  • Utilize online and offline marketing channels to bring content to life and deliver business outcomes
  • Work with revenue teams to identify, prospect and grow targeted accounts via demand generation and ABM tactics
  • Track overall and marketing campaign-specific performance by analyzing and reporting on KPIs
  • Execute email marketing, paid digital marketing, and content marketing campaigns to reach your KPIs
  • Be in tune with Goodway’s competitive landscape with respect to established rivalries and new entrants
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest news and trends in an ever-evolving digital marketing landscape

Demand Generation Marketing:

  • Possess deep understanding of Goodway’s target market segment buyers and influencers
  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies including activation and nurture campaigns
  • Perform ongoing content evaluation and optimization, ensuring continuous improvement via both quantitative KPIs and qualitative prospect / customer feedback
  • Develop relevant content (e.g., ad copy, email content, landing page copy) spanning all stages of the buyer/influencer journey.
  • Develop account-based marketing marketing playbook for franchise and multi-location businesses to expand current business and retain current clients.
  • Practice agile marketing approach to plan and optimize campaigns with other marketing partners.

Sales Enablement

  • Align with selling team to provide account-based marketing campaigns and personalized content for the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer experience teams to collect feedback on new leads and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with revenue teams and other stakeholders to deliver high-leverage client-facing collateral and other assets (e.g., one-sheets, case studies, landings pages, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Previous hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation systems (e.g., Pardot) is required.
  • Previous client-side (advertiser) and / or agency engagement experience within the automotive, QRS, franchise or multi-location space is strongly preferred
  • You have 2-5 years of prior experience in a lead generation, growth marketing, or relevant B2B marketing role
  • Previous experience in digital advertising or ad-tech industry is required
  • Previous experience working with creative / design is required
  • Previous hands-on experience with paid digital media platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) is preferred
  • Previous hands-on experience with SEO / Content tools (e.g. SEM Rush, Moz ) is preferred
