Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. A person in this role will be focused on successfully deploying tactics for paid, owned, and earned digital media across our entire portfolio of consumer health products. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for someone who has a couple of years of experience with digital marketing and is looking to grow their career while taking on a variety of marketing initiatives. A background in marketing consumer packaged goods direct to consumer is required.

Essential Job Duties

  • Contribute to marketing campaigns from ideation through to creation and execution
  • Grow omnichannel product sales via organic search, paid search, social media, digital display, video, mobile, email, SMS, shopping, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with our internal team and agency partners to develop content that supports the key stages of the consumer purchase funnel from brand awareness, engagement, and product consideration, to purchase intent, conversion, and loyalty
  • Ensure digital programs are developed and delivered in a consistent and timely manner through planning, scheduling, coordinating, tracking, and measuring results
  • Help mentor the organization through digital transformation
  • Organize and manage department tasks and campaigns within our project management software
  • Upload content in our CMS (WordPress)
  • Upload content to our social media channels
  • Identify, track and report on KPIs
  • Coordinate Legal & Medical approval of digital content

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) selling direct to consumer
  • Experience with planning, execution, and measurement of all forms of digital media: search, social, display, video, mobile, email, SMS, shopping, and other digital channels
  • Understanding of media targeting and use of insights to drive optimization
  • Content management experience with WordPress & WooCommerce, or Shopify platforms
  • Have either used or are familiar with equivalent applications: Klaviyo, WordPress, WooCommerce, SmartSheets, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, YotPo, Ship Station, Zoho, Hootsuite, Monday.com, Shopify
  • Previous medical or nutrition industry experience a bonus
  • Ability to stay current on emerging trends in digital marketing
  • Previous startup experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
