Location: Remote


Company Overview: 1Concier provides selection, quality, and value which no other linen manufacturer in the B2B hospitality and healthcare sector can match while operating across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. The newly combined company has recently been carved out from a public company to a privately held organization and are bringing three sales organizations into one team while leveraging other synergies across the board. We have managed the challenging times of the COVID crisis and are well positioned as the hospitality and healthcare environments rebound.


Core Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Checks inquiries regarding item availability and clarifies order details
  • Provides support to Account Executives
  • Obtains and provides information about production and shipment of items
  • Maintains customer accounts by keeping information up to date
  • Assists internally in the processing of orders from receiving orders to confirming satisfactory delivery to the customers
  • Assists customers with inquiries regarding item availability and order status
  • Communicates with customers via email regarding order status, account status and copies of sales documents
  • Generates and submit quotes, sample requests and proforma invoices
  • Coordinates and communicates internally with Sales Representatives any details or clarification needed for orders
  • Ensures that we provide world class customer service by having solid knowledge of the product and all other aspects of customer service
  • Processes item credits and returns
  • Monitors actual receipt of returned item
  • Submits mailing labels
  • Requests replacement order and or credit
  • Assists Sales in providing product information and placing orders for potential customers
  • Check order batches and works with Domestic Vendor team to move orders.

Position Qualifications:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of two years related experience.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing

Proficiency using Microsoft Office


Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use their hands, talk and hear.
