Our sales team is one of the most vital divisions in the company as it works to help community members across the nation become proud homeowners while helping the company drive growth. Our dynamic field Account Executives (also known in the industry as Mortgage Consultants) are the front lines for our brand. They work from their home office and meet regularly with potential home buyers and homeowners to assist them with their home financing needs. They schedule and give presentations at local mosques and community centers to educate the community about how our unique home financing products work.

  • Know how to manage your time
  • Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and Internet-based applications on mobile and desktop
  • Knowledge of Arabic, Urdu, Bengali, Somali or Turkish is a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship. We do not provide any type of employment sponsorships.

What will you do?

After licensing and starting as a Full-Time Account Executive, you will be the first touchpoint for clients. You will report to a member of Sales Management and this is what your job will look like:

  • Present our unique home financing products and services to clients
  • Help clients understand the requirements and processes of home financing
  • Assist clients with financing/refinancing application and related paperwork
  • Use company guidelines to determine clients’ eligibility and qualification
  • Ensure timely collection and submission of required documents
  • Maintain professional, transparent, and ethical communication and relationship with clients as you guide them through the entire process towards purchasing their dream home
  • Proactively work towards expanding your network and promoting Guidance Residential’s brand
  • Participate in and arrange events within Muslim community to attract new clients
  • Utilize marketing materials to enhance Guidance Residential’s visibility in key strategic locations
