ADP is hiring a Sales Tool Tech Admin. In this position you will be supporting the Sales Enablement function within Worldwide Commercial Operations. The Sales Enablement organization at ADP is focused on driving productivity within sales and improving efficiency of execution throughout the sales process. As a Sales Tech Admin you will be responsible for managing the infrastructure, users, and play governance in our Sales Engagement Platform. In this role, you will focus on improving sales productivity while driving the Sales Engagement strategic admin process. The Sales Tech admin will lead broad organizational collaboration and communication across Sales Automation, Business Unit Operations & Marketing, and Data Insights. You will manage all aspects of the Sales Engagement administration and lead a critical role in the play development process and KPI alignment to drive sales success.

Responsibilities:

Overall Play/Cadence Development

  • Lead & oversee cadence structure, development & maintenance
  • Leverage weekly/monthly reporting to manage play structure, development & maintenance
  • Define and reinforce play structure, rules, KPIs & work with BU Ops to ensure success
  • Partner with BU Ops, BU Marketing, and Automation to optimize a smarter work process in CMT
  • Meet with vendor to drive best practice for play development

User Management & System Integrations

  • Manage overall user count
  • Confirm proper set up of new user, new user signature and align teams and/or tags
  • Manage org configuration within tool including mapping of users to plays
  • Partner with Automation to manage user profiles and tool customizations such as Omnibar or SFDC layouts
  • Lead and manage system integrations: SSO, SFDC, as well as other Sales Productivity Tools (Seismic, Sendoso, LSN, Vidyard, Klue, Gong, Brainshark)
  • Oversight over vendor to drive successful completion of ADP ticket resolution
  • Meet regularly with vendor to drive best practice for system integrations & user management
  • Understand and implement data visualization best practices.
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders to gather feedback, evaluate success, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.

Skills Required:

  • Experience with Sales Engagement Platforms such as Groove or Conquer
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
  • Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
