Omnichannel Digital Marketing Strategist 🔥


Ignite Visibility is looking for a highly skilled full-time Omnichannel Digital Marketing Strategist to join our fast-growing and fully remote digital marketing agency, based in San Diego. This position is a great opportunity for an individual with demonstrated multi-channel client account management excellence to apply and grow their skills with an advanced team and innovative clients.


The Omnichannel Strategist is responsible for understanding all of the digital touch points that a consumer interacts with daily. This individual creates strategic advertising, communications, and marketing campaigns that use these touch points to their fullest effect.


Position Responsibilities

  • Lead multichannel strategy, communication, and team management for 3-6 premium accounts.
  • Plan monthly budget allocations by platform, tactic, and deliverables.
  • Oversee ongoing measurement, reporting, and creative strategies.
  • Conduct performance monitoring relative to KPI’s and client goals.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with internal teams (Reporting, Creative, Analytics, SEO, Email, Social, and Web Development).
  • Use internal platform/channel specialists for task delegation and management.
  • Conduct project management using Monday.com.
  • Lead weekly client calls to review performance, project deliverables, and strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to the quality assurance process for all client deliverables.
  • Develop and present Quarterly Business Review client presentations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience with emphasis in PPC, SEO, Email, Content, Social Media, CRO, Amazon, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Hands-on experience managing $100k+ a month across campaigns.
  • Extensive experience with multiple accounts management.
  • Client facing experience within a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience with e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Paid Media experience (Search, Display, Shopping, Paid Social, Programmatic).
  • Social Media management experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Earned Media experience (SEO, Social Media, CRO, Content, Link Building).
  • Email/content marketing experience.
  • Proficient in research and analytics tools such as Planner, SEMrush, Open Site Explorer, SpyFu, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Strong presentation skills, creative, customer-focused, action-oriented.
  • A critical thinker and avid learner with a can-do altitude.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.

  • PPC - Google Ads / Bing Ads, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Optimization & Feed Management.
  • SEO – Link Building, Keyword Mapping & Assignment, Technical Optimization, Minor Web Dev, etc.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Experienced with e-commerce.
  • Email (Automated Flows, Audience Segmentation, Personalization, Basic HMTL).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
  • Team management.
  • Client & Account management.
  • Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Google Tag Manager.
  • CRO Fundamentals.
  • Landing Page best practices.
  • Excellent Communication.
