The RealReal's Sales Training & Enablement Team hiring an Instructional Designer with a passion for training and content development. Reporting to our Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, this person will be responsible for the creation of highly engaging and interactive training programs that will poise employees for success and ultimately ensure strong performance results. Our ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and has a passion for delivering great results! They should also be someone who is excited about being a training generalist and willing to wear many hats.

What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Partner with Sales Training & Enablement and cross-functional partners to strategize and create training content
  • Design and develop learning courses for our LMS (360 Learning) that support Sales team objectives
  • Gather project requirements, identify core learning objectives, and develop learning solutions to fit the needs of the business; create decks and training materials and develop scalable feedback mechanisms
  • Continuously grow your understanding of the organization's learning needs and recommend effective solutions that will improve business metrics
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current training programs and implement enhancements as needed
  • Proactively identify challenges and implement sound solutions

What You Bring To The Role

  • 2-3 years' experience with instructional design strategies and content development
  • Ability to innovate and create engaging learning experiences that drive learner performance
  • Graphic design experience and ability to tailor design aesthetic to meet TRR brand standards
  • Ability to own and manage multiple projects simultaneously in an ambiguous, dynamic environment
  • Experience designing training for virtual environments
  • Ability to work in a team environment to design, develop and build blended learning experiences
  • Experience designing learning modules/programs that reflect an understanding of the diversity of learners; ability to tailor content accordingly
  • Experience working with product and technology teams is preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with G-suite and LMS platforms; 360 Learning experience is a plus
