Sales Support Assistant 🔥


Educational Opportunities Tours is a Christian travel ministry that has been delivering Christian journeys of a lifetime for almost 50 years. Travelers have joined EO around the world on Holy Land pilgrimages, Bible land expeditions-by land and sea, Church heritage tours, retreat cruises, and cultural explorations. EO's travel experts and on-site hospitality staff serve each guest by handling all travel details and ensuring safety and health throughout each journey; curated itineraries, educational resources, and guest speakers create unique experiences that change individual lives, ministry and the Church.

Come join our dynamic sales team by providing administrative support for the Educational Opportunities Sales team to include the following:

Manage the sales team’s phone calls and answering questions in the que.

Provide effective and timely communication to all assigned tour leaders.

Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases for reporting and tracking

Receive and update new host registration and track responses to completion

Update current host information and maintain changes as necessary

Process on-line booking request as received

Assist the sales team with Master Booking Forms

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the sales department

Ensure Host Program Master forms are up to date with accurate information

Provide assistance to the Sales Team and Executives as needed.

Monitor and follow-up on all requests for brochures and ensure printing and shipping is completed.

Additional Duties as Assigned. Travel may be required from time to time to office for trainings and meetings.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

2+ years administrative experience.

Background or experience in sales and/or hospitality preferred

Strong interpersonal skills, customer service oriented and maintain superior attitude to maintain a positive working relationship with guests, executives and teammates.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Ability to write, speak, and interact clearly and professionally.

Engaged team player, focused on team goals and results

Extremely organized. Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

Bilingual (Spanish-English) a Plus

Self-Starter with the ability to receive input from multiple individuals and prioritize accordingly.

Ability to travel to corporate office for meetings and trainings as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • 25% (Preferred)
