About the Role: Sales Strategy and Operation function at BrowserStack owns the Go To Market strategy for the direct sales business, and works with internal functions including Sales, CEOs Office, Engineering, Product, Finance and HR to build and operationalize the GTM strategy for the business.

About the Role:

Sales Strategy and Operation function at BrowserStack owns the Go To Market strategy for the direct sales business, and works with internal functions including Sales, CEOs Office, Engineering, Product, Finance and HR to build and operationalize the GTM strategy for the business. The scope of the function spans - Systems, Tools & Processes, GTM strategy & sales enablement, sales compensation, sales funnel optimisation & BI and reporting.

We are looking to add Analysts in the Sales Strategy team to support the growth of the company

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in building data models and tracking key performance metrics
  • Develop reports and dashboards on Salesforce for consumption by senior management
  • Using SQL data queries, help answer specific business questions by writing a clear, usable project plan and executing with minimal guidance
  • Data Modelling & Visualisations – Build/maintain historic data for the function and create forecasting models for futuristic projections
  • Expertise in BI tools (preferably Einstein Analytics, Looker, Google Data Studio), building and maintaining enterprise level dashboards.
  • Provide ongoing support in the design and execution of new sales tactics, strategies and campaigns
  • SPOC for account allocations and CRM hygiene relating to global sales

Requirements

  • 3- 5 years of experience in data analytics
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and other related tools
  • Expertise in BI tools (preferably Tableau CRM, Looker, Google Data Studio)
  • Good understanding of SaaS business, relevant metrics is a must. Exposure to global markets would be an add on.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
