The Senior Account Executive reports directly to the VP, Client Services and will be responsible for Client Success providing strategic account direction across a book of Enterprise clients. Candidates will be responsible for strategic annual account plan creation and oversight, client renewals, and upsells. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day account management of our marketer's affiliate programs. By cultivating & maintaining strong relationships with Perform[cb]s marketers, the Senior Account Executive, or SAE, will provide consultative recommendations and identify key publisher opportunities that align with the clients campaign objectives to deliver the best possible ROI. A SAE is expected to perform at a high level with little direction, multi-task, innovate and problem solve quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategic affiliate program management across large brands

  • Managing relationships with a number of clients, co-creating SMART goals, driving results for our clients, providing weekly reporting and analysis, leading quarterly and annual business reviews

  • Owning the performance of complex client accounts across the affiliate channel

  • Professional and timely client communication

  • Partner recruitment and paid media execution

  • Project manage teammates working on your accounts (partner, compliance, accounting, etc)

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years+ Account management experience a must, affiliate channel experience preferred

  • Strong client communication skills

  • Problem identifier & solver

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

  • Significant experience working in performance marketing (affiliate-specific a plus)

  • Strong data and measurement background
