Role Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Community Manager to join our Marketing team! As a Social Media Community Manager at E INC, you will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of our community across various social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.. Your main duties include creating and implementing a content strategy to support brand initiatives, identifying and building relationships with key influencers in the industry, and building the brand reputation and sentiment.


Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media and PR, has exceptional oral and written communication skills, and is able to develop engaging content.

This person would act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.


What You Will Do:

  • Identify and forge relationships with industry influencers
  • Create and implement a content strategy to align with marketing strategies
  • Increase brand mentions and online community
  • Measure and improve sentiment
  • Respond to consumer complaints and queries in a timely manner
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Liaise with Product and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

What You Will Need:

  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, sales, customer service or related field
  • Proven work experience as a community manager
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience with Facebook and LinkedIn media buying will be considered a strong asset
