Data Analyst, Digital Marketing 🔥


We are seeking a motivated, intellectually curious Analyst with strong attention to detail and the ability to work across different parts of the business to provide planning, reporting, analysis and modeling to support effective marketing executions across the organisation.

This role requires a forward-thinking, with a “roll-up your sleeves� style approach for both data integration and discovery bringing in the technical team to ensure that anything discovered is integrated within our CDP.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc analyses and KPI reporting to senior executives and different BUs, including engagement, conversion and other campaign success.
  • Be a data mining expert and pull together complex data sets from multiple sources into reliable analytics and measurements that drive campaign opportunities and defining success metrics
  • Have the ability to create dashboards/visualisations which will save the need for downstream reporting and give the ability for consistency and speed to analyse and make decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally throughout the organisation depending on department needs
  • Bring a voice to the data and analytics supporting and driving insight and growth using data as the key focus.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related field
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Advanced knowledge of platforms such as PowerBI, Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with creating business reports and presentations for executive level
  • Extensive Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with CDP and messaging platforms is key ​​​​
