Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Always exhibit and uphold Osborne Homes' core values of open-mindedness, urgency, accountability, transparency, and innovation.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Own objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing
  • Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals

About You (Qualifications):

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business to consumer sales management or in a leadership role in a business to consumer sales department required
  • Exemplary communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Osborne Homes was founded in 2007 with its first office in Fresno. As real estate investors, we have extensive experience in professionally assessing a property’s value in any given market. Our highly qualified team is dedicated to helping homeowners sell their property for cash, fairly and quickly. We have purchased, rehabbed, and sold over 2,500 properties in California. Our main office is now in Orange County, CA but in early 2020 we decided to go to a 100% work from home model and we plan to stay that way!

We exist to provide a best-in-class home buying experience for sellers looking for a non-traditional home selling solution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
