As an agent on the ROI team, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow and progress in your career through one or several of our great departments.

This job is not just for anyone. We’re looking for candidates who can learn how to effectively communicate over the phone, in a chat platform and via email ensuring the customer feels like they are our agent’s first priority at all times.

Hourly wages are determined by experience but range between $10.00 and $13.00.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • have a passion for assisting potential customers
  • derive satisfaction from achieving personal goals
  • be punctual and a team player
  • desire to handle each customer's scenarios fully and take on responsibility
  • Ability to operate multiple software platforms
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Attention to details
  • Customer service and/or sales experience (preferred)
  • General computer skills including M/S Office, Email, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
