  • Conduct business process reviews with clients and prospects including developing project plans and timelines, implementing and configuring software, and providing ongoing product support.
  • Participate in our sales cycle to provide product knowledge to our sales team.
  • Assist with business process reviews including analysis of new customer accounting and setup needs.
  • Implement accounting systems for new customers.
  • Develop custom reports using Sage software.
  • Train end users on software.
  • Provide ongoing product support to customers.
  • Attend events and conferences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (construction and/or real estate industry preferred)
  • Creating periodic financial reports, such as balance sheets and P&L statements.
  • Preparing budgets and financial forecasts
  • Compilation and analysis of financial data and reports
  • Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accounting controls including preparing, recommending, and following policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of full accounting workflow and processes within general ledger, cash management, accounts payables, accounts receivables, job costing, payroll, purchasing, and inventory, including month-end close processes.
  • Handling consolidation and reporting needs for multiple entities, divisions, or global entities.
  • Resourceful and quick to learn.
  • An excellent communicator with presentation skills.

  • Analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and following policies and procedures.
