  • The Customer Support Manager’s role is to ensure the business’ customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met. The Customer Support Manager oversees the customer support department’s day-to-day functions. This role will supervise Customer Support Agents and report to the Sales manager.
  • Establish Customer Support Practices
  • Review applications, conduct interviews and provide on the job training or mentoring to new employees
  • Hire and Train Customer Service Representative team
  • Analyze the support team to ensure all personnel are following the best practices established by the Customer Support Manager.
  • Provide consultation and solutions to poor performing team members
  • Defuse and resolve Customer Support situations

  • Previous documented SaaS Experience
  • Point of Sale, SaaS, hospitality, restaurant software, and hardware salespeople with prior experience of sales in the space.
  • Prior experience managing a team of at least 2-5 people
  • Basic proficiency in all common office technology and general computer savvy-ness.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Basecamp, TimeDoctor and Google Drive.
  • Ability to communicate and maintain confidentiality with high-profile personalities in a professional manner.
  • Effective writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A track record of closing deals.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects.

  • Experience in the SaaS, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!).
  • Experience in working virtually and with a virtual team.
