Team Leader, Customer Service

Job Overview: The Team Leader, Customer Service is responsible on a daily basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, as well as providing administrative support to management. The Team Leader receives all communications into the department including e-mail, phone calls, live chat and fax. Responsibilities:
  • Cancel Wagers
  • Approve/create accounts
  • Generate reports
  • Obtain recordings
  • Record keeping both digital and physical.
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Assist customer through our Live Chat and support email
  • Report hardware and software issues to proper department
  • Handle all incoming Team Leader calls and when needed operator calls
  • Other duties as requested
Qualifications: Education: High school Degree or Technical Certification
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a customer service contact center or a customer service position with focus on customer account data, updating online files, responding to and/or resolving customer inquiries via phone or paper.
  • Experience using word processing programs and spreadsheets
  • The ability to obtain a license from the New York State Gaming Commission
