Walks & Whiskers is a Nashua and surrounding area pet sitting company with a team of trusting animal lovers traveling to and from clients' homes to take care of their pets.

Position Summary:

You will act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via email, website and social media channels and ensure that efficient and effective customer service is delivered, as well as work side by side with the company owner virtually by communicating throughout the day about various client inquiries.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries by responding to emails, website messages, and FB page DMs in a timely manner.
  • Virtually communicate with the company owner throughout the day to keep updated on the inquiries and send over necessary information for schedule making and other materials as needed.
  • Effectively communicate to the company team members to help coordinate pet sitting assignments for the clients that reach out.
  • Represent the company as the first point of contact clients will have from us when they reach out.
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service/Communications experience.
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of Email & FB messaging.
  • Superior written communication and customer service skills/etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
  • The ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult or disgruntled clients.
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service/Communications experience.
  • Please provide 1-2 references.
  • Must have access to a reliable computer and cell phone.
  • Must be able to commit to at least 6 months.
  • Strongly preferred that you are located in the Nashua or surrounding city area in the event of needing to bring by paperwork, communicate or resolve issues in person, etc.
  • Fully remote
  • 9 AM-3 PM Monday through Friday
