What is Required of You:
Just as if you were sitting in a traditional call center environment, the main responsibility is to answer back-to-back calls and customer service inquiries during your shift, assisting customers and resolving issues.

  • Assist new customers with setting up Frontpoint security equipment in their home or business
  • Perform system configuration, account activation and customer orientation, utilizing Frontpoint vendor websites
  • Guide customers through integration of video cameras with their home broadband network
  • Provide phone assistance and answers to customers’ questions
  • Email product information guides and insurance certificates
  • Process additional equipment orders and replacement of defective equipment
  • Document all customer interactions in database
  • Jump in as needed to enhance team effectiveness and customer satisfaction

What You Bring:
To qualify for the position, you must be at least 18 years of age or over and have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. In addition, the Customer Service Rep must be available and willing to work at least one, preferably two weekend days each week.

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, Strong ability to multi - task, Positive and professional attitude
  • Home office that meets minimum qualifications (specific computer requirements, internet, telephone line and headset). More details will be provided as you go through our application process
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office skills, preferred
  • Passionate about helping customers

This work from home opportunity is open to Candidates residing in most States in the US except those listed below:

Internet and Equipment Requirements – Minimum Specifications:
Frontpoint Security requires internet be used for work-related purposes only during working hours; including media streaming, ripping, gaming or other web usage by other members of the household that may negatively impact your network’s performance.

  • Internet speed – download speed 3.0 MB; upload speed 1.5MB
  • Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with no packet loss and latency under 100ms
  • DSL or broadband required – WIFI, WiMAX, satellite, dial-up, and/or hot spots are NOT allowed
  • Home router with wired link to PC
