The Sales Development Representative will help generate new business opportunities. This role will identify and research lists of companies to target, develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Will receive feedback throughout the process to adjust outreach and messaging to best reach target audiences.

The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical, and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. Your work ethic, determination, passion to solve problems, and ability to think outside the box are crucial to our success.

The Sales Development Representative will receive a bonus for each successful meeting with a qualified decision-maker.
Responsibilities

  • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads including information about the decision-makers
  • Prospecting to generate new business opportunities
  • Prospecting warm leads via marketing lead generation campaigns
  • Qualify leads through prospecting: cold emails, cold calling, and networking
  • Delivering sales overview presentations of the product
  • Maintaining active engagement with leads until they are ready
  • Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Sales team
  • Keep detailed records in the CRM.
  • Previous sales development experience is a plus
  • Healthcare sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to exhibit divergent thinking, aimed at improving processes and results
  • A desire to continually learn, pick up new skills and increase your knowledge.
