Account Executive - Salesforce 🔥


We're looking for an Account Executive with a background in digital technology that has a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for forming and advancing relationships with AEs in Salesforce so that LaunchPad Lab becomes their partner of choice for Salesforce implementations and custom app/portal projects.


As an Account Executive, you’ll be on the cutting edge of digital technology, helping businesses reimagine themselves through the lens of technology. You won’t be doing this on your own - you’ll be joining an award-winning team of strategists, designers, and engineers who you can lean on to add value to your AEs and their clients.


Your Role

  • Create and advance relationships with Salesforce AEs, RMs, RVPs, and AVPs so that LaunchPad Lab becomes their go-to partner for Salesforce, Experience Cloud, and Heroku implementation projects.
  • Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to find and outreach to Salesforce AEs to expand our network in Salesforce.
  • Leverage a combination of remote and in-person activities (touchpoints, coffee chats, lunch meetings, lunch & learns, happy hours, etc.) to cultivate our network in Salesforce.Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to provide valuable content (articles, webinars, white papers, videos, etc.) to Salesforce AEs to stay top of mind

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in consulting and/or software sales
  • Experience in software and/or technology consulting
  • Experience with Salesforce or custom application development
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with experience performing customer development and building new products
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients

Location

  • Must be located in the San Francisco area
