Please note: This position is 100% commission based (recurring).

A Valiabiz Sales Representative is responsible for using their knowledge of company services to connect with consumers, generate sales for Valiabiz, and oversee the onboarding for new members. Their duties include initiating sales pitches to sell company services / recruit new members, developing service plans and packages for members based upon their specific business needs / expectations, maintaining documentation of their sales / transactions like invoices or member contracts, acting as a direct contact for the member throughout their contract term, and assuring efficient fulfillment of all member projects / services.

The main responsibilities of a Valiabiz Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with members and persuade others to purchase services and maintain member services. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including to:

  • Be knowledgeable about the company and services
  • Identify prospective members, lead generation and conversion
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
  • Emphasize the features of services to highlight how they solve member problems
  • Answer questions about the services
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with members to continue relationships
  • Identify member problems and establish solutions accordingly
  • Develop service plans and packages to accommodate member needs and expectations
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must obtain a high school diploma / equivalent
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in Customer Service
  • Must be knowledgeable about email typing and have basic computer skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Must have open availability and be willing to work random hours, weekends, and holidays
