Job Summary
This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing communication execution including, but not limited to: plan development, creative development, and plan execution across a variety of marketing channels. This role will focus on sales growth through marketing-driven strategies that align with the Pioneer Metal Finishing company's vision and mission.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • In conjunction with Market Leaders, develop, prepare, and coordinate marketing material, strategy, campaigns, and publications to align with company objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and direct consistency of the Pioneer brand in all communication tactics and activities (internal or external) as set by the Executive Leadership Team. Ensure alignment of marketing communications deliverables with other marketing disciplines such as PR and sales support.
  • Manage marketing calendar and budget.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns and measure results.
  • Align marketing efforts to brand standards and corporate identity.
  • Support the writing and editing of marketing materials, e.g., advertisements, technical spotlights, white papers, etc.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Serve as the key point of contact with third-party marketing agencies, e.g., work closely with design agencies on new product launches, marketing campaigns, and related materials.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Support the optimization of internal communications to ensure continued brand building and message delivery.

Education/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Marketing or Communications, with specific experience in Business to Business organizations preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or other desktop publishing software packages
  • Knowledgeable about HTML/CSS and web development practices, including responsive approaches.
  • Experience in supporting Search Engine Optimization (SEO) planning and execution.
  • Familiar with producing content for social media channels and other digital marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills – writing, presenting, and listening.
  • Exceptional design skills; fluent in the latest design software.
  • Fluent in web and interactive design principles, as well as print and production techniques
  • Advanced knowledge in skillfully operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting photo, video, audio, and lighting equipment.
  • UX understanding.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental design, sense of color, typography, and composition.
