A dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. A social media manager who is passionate about audience engagement, excels in writing engaging content, and has a command of owning social channels as an extension of the marketing funnel - from audience awareness and engagement through interest and demand gen. This person will manage multiple high-priority company programs, and love leaning into new opportunities to use social as an accelerator for the company.

Content strategy and planning*

Work with Product Marketing Managers, KOL program managers, and other stakeholders including Sales to create and maintain a social media content calendar
- Collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure a unified social content calendar aligns and amplifies editorial initiatives and broader product and corporate goals
- Partner with the Demand Generation team to define, execute, and optimize audience engagement with customers and prospects
- Create strategies to scale existing channels and new channels to explore and test
- Continually bring in new and innovative opportunities to use social as an engagement tool

Participate in the development and execution of key messages and strategies for delivering original content that resonates with multiple discrete audiences across our digital channels
- Ability to write engaging content in RapidAI brand voice across channels
- Use tools including HubSpot to schedule, post, monitor and report out on channel performance
- Monitor online conversations and trends identifying opportunities for RapidAI to advance our messaging objectives
- Assist in the development of visual media including video vignettes working with external and internal resources
What you bring! ( Requirements)
- 5+ years of social media experience, ideally in the healthcare space
- Ability to bring complex topics to life across channels from pithy tweets to longer-form content
- Keen eye for design and experience creating engaging content while maintaining brand personality
- Excellent project management skills and ability to distill and present key insights to company stakeholder
- Experience with graphic design/video editing a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently
