What you’ll do 

  • Design, build, evolve, and scale state-of-the-art Machine Learning system infrastructure powering Pindrops's products.
  • Explore, evaluate and utilize cutting edge Machine Learning frameworks and solutions in the industry, iterate quickly in prototyping platform build-ups.
  • Work with Product Owners, Architects, and platform users to design, and deploy Machine Learning models.
  • Work with Research scientists and backend engineers to productionize Machine learning models for scale and consumed by other teams.
  • Drive platform user adoptions through documentation, presentations and demos.
  • Gain tremendous experience as you work with high caliber engineers

Your skill-set: 

  • 2+ Years of software engineering experience
  • Solid software engineering skills with proficiency in one or more programming languages including Python, Golang, etc.
  • Experience with Machine Learning frameworks and libraries such as XGBoost, SciKit-Learn, H2O, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spark MLlib, LightGBM etc. is a plus.
  • Experience with data processing technologies (batch & streaming) and pipelines such as Spark, Flink, Google Dataflow, Dataproc etc. is a plus.
  • Experience with leading industry Machine Learning tools and operation frameworks such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Seldon Core, TFServing etc. is a plus.
  • Experience in container-based deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs
  • Experience in monitoring and performance analysis of Machine Learning AI platforms using tech stacks and tools such as Datadog, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus etc. is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

MLOps Team is working on some of the hardest problems to incorporate ML Models into Pindrop’s Product. It involves building machine learning pipelines and working with some of the smartest folks at the intersection of Research and Engineering.  You will be responsible for bringing the next research innovation into Pindrops SaaS solutions.

  • Within 30 days you’ll
    • Onboard in the MLOps Team
    • 1:1s with all the team members
    • Get started with your first project, first PR merged
    • Complete onboarding and attend New Employee Orientation sessions with other new Pindroppers
  • Within 60 days you’ll
    • Part of sprint planning and contribute to the smaller tasks to productionize models
    • Add small features to our ML Pipeline.
  • Within 90 days you’ll
    • Fully acclimated with the team
    • Able to pick up any task that comes out of sprint planning
    • Able to design the workflow to productionize any ML model
    • Teach us something new
