Your Job

We’re looking for a Director of Sales to drive sales expansion for the company. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills and a desire to help more organizations find and hire great people.

You may have had a previous role as a Head of Sales, New Business Development Director or Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • You will hire, manage and develop a team of Sales Executives, direct the sales process, including prospect targeting, qualifying, and positioning of Indeed products and services
  • Lead new business generation and up-selling of existing advertisers
  • Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast
  • Adhere to sales business rules, practices and policies to sales territories

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience managing complex global accounts
  • Experience accelerating growth on underpenetrated accounts
  • Experience with interactive media, especially SEM and pay-per-click products
  • Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills
  • Up to 50% travel expected

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

US Remote 120,000 - 185,000 USD per year
