Your Job

Indeed is looking for a Direct Mail Marketing Manager to support the strategy, execution, and optimization of direct mail programs across numerous markets worldwide. The Direct Mail Marketing Manager role will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing planning and operations to acquire new customers and reactivate dormant customers, as well as seeking out solutions to improve efficiencies.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to help small and medium-sized businesses across the globe find the right hires by using Indeed.

Direct Mail Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Design, execute and measure direct mail campaigns for acquisition and reactivation audiences.
  • Rigorously test direct mail attributes; from content and format to lists, selects, and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, and external vendors for campaign execution.
  • Drive the creation of direct mail collateral, new or updating existing.

Who You Are

The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (quantitative disciplines preferred), have 5+ years of direct mail marketing experience, 3 of which include independently managing and owning direct mail campaigns from strategic planning to final analytics. You are a methodical planner, able to collaborate on multiple projects with internal stakeholders and vendors on varying timelines to ensure your marketing campaigns meet deadlines.

Direct Mail Marketing Manager Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of direct mail marketing experience. With 3+ years experience of full campaign ownership (Strategy, planning, executing and analyzing campaigns).
  • Experience designing and measuring complex tests, optimizing based on results.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for testing and measuring results (minimum intermediate excel/sheets, advanced preferred).
  • Hyper-analytical, data-driven marketer focused on the details.
  • Extensive experience in designing, implementing and measuring A/B and multivariate tests via numerous business metrics.
  • Resourcefulness with the ability to navigate ambiguity utilizing critical thinking and decision making skills.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

NYC Metro Area 105,000 - 138,000 USD per year
