We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to plan, manage and be responsible for all aspects of CCI Systems website and social media accounts as well as understanding, maintaining, and operating our marketing automation software, HubSpot. You will oversee attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new qualified leads for the business, and educating those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.


Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and implementation of tasks related to attracting and converting traffic, optimizing website content, marketing campaigns and automation, lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Act as the owner of our website performance with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience.
  • Analyze website and user behavior data to continually improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the content manager and sales team to strategize and execute projects from concept through completion and define and generate sales qualified leads.
  • Report on return-on-investment ROI for all marketing efforts.
  • Educate the team on all marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and organize the CRM database.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and developments.
  • Be the point of contact for related vendors and agencies, as needed.
  • Work with the VP of Marketing CCI leadership teams to understand business objectives and revenue goals as part of the strategy development process.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the VP of Marketing.


Skills we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role using HubSpot extensively is required, 5+ years’ experience preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot workflows, dashboard creations, lead generation, tracking of leads, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce including integration with zoom info and HubSpot, Google Analytics, MS Office, and other web-based applications is required.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software to create designs as needed.
  • Adept at creating marketing emails, website pages, and website content.
  • Experience with SEO optimization and reporting, inbound marketing strategies, and the fundamentals of website design and conversion optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage several projects at once from inception through execution and identify any content issues.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team, be open minded and accepting of constructive feedback to surpass expectations and attract new leads and customers.
  • Ability to learn new skills and determine on-going learning opportunities making strategy a reality.
  • Autonomous and results oriented with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve objectively.
  • Strategic thinker with great organizational and communication skills.
  • Energetic, passionate, and able to excite people to be part of the marketing and sales process.

Shift is Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but must be able to work outside normal business hours when required.


Additional Information

  • This position may require up to 10% travel.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
