What you’ll do at Jamf

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. In this role, the Senior Alliance Partner Manager is a key member of the Alliances team. As the primary point of contact for our most strategic partner organizations who integrate with and go to market alongside Jamf, this role is uniquely focused on building a compelling value story with these partners. This role is focused on growing Jamf’s current customers and winning new customers together with our partner. The ideal Alliance Partner Manager has experience building relationships with complex enterprise organizations through focused collaboration, value-driven integration, in-depth planning, and precise execution. As a primary member of the Alliances organization, this individual is also a key driver to make sure our teams at Jamf are aligned to execute organizationally across a complex business plan with our partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify natural leadership by setting the standard for best practices in project management, data collection and presentation, and in relationship management.
  • Own the most complex, strategic, and dynamic partner relationships for Jamf, representing our company every day to the largest players in the market.
  • Stay up-to-date on activities across the partnership, from strategy and product to sales and marketing, then document the high-level initiatives in an ongoing business plan that coordinates and guides execution for each fiscal year.
  • Quantify and measure the success metrics of key partnerships, and then present a quarterly business review of the partnership across all functions for both key partner executives and stakeholders, as well as Jamf executives and stakeholders
  • Discover, quantify, and efficiently communicate all upcoming partner technical requirements to Jamf’s product organization to ensure timely delivery of product support for new or existing areas of integration
  • Identify new areas of opportunity for Jamf and the alliance partner to more closely align through technology, routes to market, or direct sales activities
  • Inform and collaborate cross departmentally to build complete go-to-market strategies around new areas of opportunity between Jamf and the partner
  • Be the single point of contact for the account for alliance partner employees without existing mapped relationships, serving as a connector to the right resources at Jamf
  • Align Jamf’s messaging to the partner across all of the connected teams, ensuring consistent, frequent, and unified enablement of the partner on behalf of our brand
  • Communicate activities, updates, and wins to peers and team leaders in other departments
  • Own all other aspects of continued partner relationship management through regular communication and clear communication

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years’ experience working within the Apple ecosystem (Preferred)
  • 6-10 years’ experience in alliance partnerships or another role with considerable experience in technical partner relationship management (Required)
  • Working knowledge of motivations for customers within the Apple ecosystem (Required)
  • Proven track record of over-achieving targets in an enterprise software sales company and experience managing alliances with some of the major firms, like Microsoft, Google, AWS
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining broad, deep, and multi-level external relations within partner organizations, including executive relationships (Required)
  • Experience in trade shows, product marketing, field marketing, sales or operations (Preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of Apple software ecosystem solutions like Jamf
  • Passion for all things Apple and strong desire to see Apple succeed in the marketplace
  • Authenticity: this individual must truly want to aid Apple in its continued success
  • High degree of transparency and integrity
  • Ability to work autonomously with little direction and within a larger team
  • Experience with B2B channel sales/enablement, and strong drive for results
  • 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) OR directly relevant career experience
  • No licensure or certification required
