Digital Marketing Analyst 🔥
- Contribute strategic ideas to grow and personalize the Email program
- Measure email campaign performance and utilize data to recommend optimizations. Present weekly/monthly overview to internal teams
- Assist with managing the Targeted Email and Vendor Co-Op program
- Utilize Customer Data Platform to better personalize email content for customers
- Work closely with Creative team to execute email design while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to email best practices
- Communicate with Merchant team and other departments to help redefine emails as they relate to brand awareness and channel growth
- Addressing technical and data issues, working towards a quick resolution with partners
- Staying responsive and pro-actively keeping team informed on frequent updates
- Perform day-to-day Email marketing activities including, but not limited to, drafting creative briefs, testing, QA, campaign setup/scheduling, and campaign performance analytics
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of experience
- 3 or more years of Email, Digital Marketing, or related experience
- Experience with large-scale ESP and marketing automation technology preferred
- Adobe Analytics experience preferred
- Customer Data Platform (CDP) familiarity/experience preferred
- A self-starter who is highly organized and can work independently, execute quickly, and prioritize their work
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Data-driven/analytical mindset with proven ability to analyze, organize and derive insights and recommendations from test results/overall email performance
- Ideal candidates will have a strong sense of teamwork. Must have experience building and leverage cross functional relationships to effectively collaborate
