Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Sr. Data Analyst who will be responsible for tackling a broad range of marketing challenges on behalf of our clients: from research to strategy to execution. As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will use your analytical abilities, critical thinking, and data fluency to help develop and execute approaches to solve our clients' challenges. 

Consulting work is varied and rigorous, with engagement details and scope determined by the client’s specific challenge. A typical engagement involves working with the client to gather information and data to understand and frame the problem, developing an approach to solve the problem within a given timeframe, performing research and data analysis to develop recommendations, gaining buy-in for our recommendations, and then working with the client and your team to implement those recommendations.  

Responsibilities

  • Create ongoing Digital reporting and analytics to drive successful KPIs, ROI and overall marketing effectiveness, leveraging CRM, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics, in addition to key marketing tools​

  • Run deep-dive analysis to help answer specific business questions; provide strategic recommendations to marketing leaders based on data trends ​

  • Expert in web analytics, creating and maintaining best practice documentation to ensure teams are adopting and leveraging available resources to be as productive, knowledgeable and self-sufficient as possible.​

  • Expert in web tools overall, with an understanding of existing digital integrations and processes, in addition to potential future opportunities.​

  • Proactively recommend, evaluate, QA, and monitor any new web tracking, also troubleshooting and fixing any issues.​

  • Drive scoping, documentation and training for new marketing programs. This role will help create reports and dashboards to help answer key marketing questions and ensure programs are also built in a scalable fashion.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required​

  • Minimum 4-7 years experience in digital analytics required, with a strong preference in Adobe Analytics and Tableau​

  • Expert-level analysis experience, with an emphasis on SQL and Excel skills desired​

  • Experience with digital analytics CRM tracking (e.g. campaigns, UTM codes, etc.), with a strong preference in Salesforce.com, required​

  • Knowledge of development, design, build, and analysis of marketing programs required​

  • Experience with Tealium, TrustArc, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Marketo, Demandbase, Drupal, Observepoint, Web Debugger tools and HTML a plus.​
