[remote] Junior Sales Development Representative 🔥
We are looking for the next person to join our sales team as a Junior Sales Development Representative.
Our SDR is focused on both qualifying prospects generated by our marketing team (inbound sales) and cold outreach (emails, & Linkedin) to generate interest in our Service from our target accounts (outbound sales).
About You
- You are ambitious, energetic, organized and task oriented.
- You thrive in a fast paced environment where there are opportunities to learn and grow. You are curious and passionate about emerging mobile technologies.
- Communication, both written and verbal is one of your strong suits and you feel comfortable communicating with people from various industries and levels within a company.
- You are comfortable in a role that is metrics driven and includes a heavy amount email communication.
- You enjoy being the first point of contact for an organization for any inbound inquiries that could translate into sales.
- You are self-motivated and adept at keeping track of and reporting out on your daily / weekly activities.
- You aspire to grow into a career in Sales, Marketing or Revenue Operations and are driven to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to inbound leads, qualify them, and book next step discovery calls between prospects and our sales team
- Work diligently with our system of action -Lemlist - to conduct your daily activities
- Performing a mix of activity tasks: Emails, Follow Ups, LinkedIn touches, etc
- Ensure that all your activity and performance metrics are recorded in our CRM
- Maintain organization of all inquiries and complete outreach sequences to ensure that we succeed with as many opportunities as possible
- Conduct thorough research into accounts (and prospect contacts) to create outreach engagement strategy
- Work through assigned accounts and execute personalized account based sales development strategies that align to each accounts customer engagement initiatives (mobile and web)
Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
- Desire to be in a startup environment and ability to adapt to new strategies and situations
- Strong work ethic
- Detail oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
- Eager to learn, grow, & develop in this role with the support of SDR leadership
- English Language (written and spoken) is at least B2.
- No sales experience needed

Salary:
Base Salary (TBD based on skills and experience) + 7.5% commission on sales generated.
