Due to the growth of our business, SwissBorg is offering an opportunity for a Campaign Manager to join our team in Lausanne, or remotely. If you are motivated, creative and interested in reshaping the new financial era, this is your chance to apply!

Mission

As a Campaign Manager CRM you will lead and manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, testing, execution, reporting and optimization. You will be responsible for both analyzing and optimizing existing emails (including their triggers, CTAs, and performance) and developing new initiatives, like life-cycle trigger programs and improved segmentation/personalization. Reporting into our Head of Growth, you will work across marketing and product teams to drive acquisition and retention, a critical part of platform growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategy implementation
  • Translate the strategy brief designed by the Growth Committee into a campaign plan to meet growth targets
  • Manage and coordinate the content, design, analytic teams to implement the campaign
  • Management of the Email team
    • > Manage the backlog of the team & build the weekly planning
    • > Create email briefs to support growth campaigns
    • > Organize and lead the daily stand-up
    • > Perform quality control
  • Participate in weekly strategic meeting with senior leadership
  • With the support of the data team, analyze the results of growth experiments and review the playbook
  • Optimize marketing and retention emails and iterate based on results of growth experiments

What You'll Need

  • University degree in a related discipline
  • 2+ years experience optimizing email marketing and re-engagement campaigns
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and preferably additional European languages
  • Highly organized and disciplined
  • Analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret numerous key performance indicators HTML coding ability related to email programming and template building
  • Previous experience working in a startup or high tech environment is a bonus
