As our Director of Services DACH, you will lead a team of Expert Consultants in that drive successful projects and larger programs whilst enabling our customers to achieve their digital goals with the Mendix platform. Whilst your focus will be in DACH your team will also support International projects as part of EMEA team. You will have the opportunity to further grow the local Expert Services team and work with our Customer Success leadership team to define the strategic vision of our Expert Services team globally. You will have previous consultancy experience, and ideally come from a custom software development background, particularly using the Agile methodology and will have experience motivating and growing teams. Working with our sales team to ensure the appropriate services are scoped to drive customer success

What will be your responsiblities?

    • Owning a portfolio of customers and working tirelessly and cross functionally to ensure the best possible experience for our clients with a focus on time to value
    • Own the services GTM approach to drive customer adoption in using the Mendix platform
    • Working with key clients and stakeholders to implement solutions on the Mendix platform in context of their business and technical needs
    • Working closely with our Partner team to upscale partner delivery capacity in geo
    • Working closely with other Directors of Expert Services in the EMEA region to create a standardized approach for delivering services
    • Coaching our Expert Services Consultants and Services Delivery Managers to help them grow to the next level

    • You bring energy to the role and have a proven track record for leading and delivering software projects and teams
    • You have proven experience hiring, motivating and growing teams to provide the best customer experience
    • You have proven experience driving services bookings, revenue, utilization and margin numbers (P&L);
    • You’re a high-energy professional that loves to engage with the customer to drive innovation in their organization
    • You have a good understanding of technologies and of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
    • You are a great communicator and you are fluent both in German and English
