Brief Overview:

The Project Cfor Conversa Health/UH Health chats operates under the direction of Conversa Health as is contracted by UH Telehealth with responsibility for leading the project scope, definition, kickoff, design, construct, test, deployment and closing stages of all Conversa related projects and development at University Hospitals. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Leads multiple Conversa projects and programs with University Hospitals including:
    • Collaborating with University Hospitals internal matrixed teams including the UH Clinical Network, UH IT & Integration, System Operations Center and Department of Operational Effectiveness
    • Tracking and maintaining prioritized upcoming project lists and prerequisites for approval with a deep understanding of University Hospitals programs, workflows, and resources needed for implementing and supporting programs
    • Establishing and maintaining procedures and processes for all aspects of program implementation to to hand off to internal UH Project Manager for implementation
    • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget
    • Becoming the central point of contact for escalations
    • Managing bridge of information between University Hospitals and Conversa Health while maintaining confidentiality when needed
    • Aligning with additional University Hospitals vendors providing services, applications, hardware, and other components as needed
  • Manages and builds relationships at Executive Level
  • Maintains updated knowledge of and uses different project management methodologies, tools, and approaches.
  • Prepares and delivers both written and oral presentations to provide overview of project status, issues and the like.
  • Responsible for all project reporting and KPIs to all project sponsors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in working in healthcare required years
  • 3+ years’ experience project management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of digital health solutions and management of vendor relationships
  • Understanding of healthcare IT applications and system level integration
  • High standards of integrity, strong personal work ethic, creative problem solving skills, and flexible work approach required.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Notable client service, communication, presentation and relationship building skills required
  • Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Required to have advanced organizational skills in regards to categorizing large bodies of varied information, plans, notes, documents
  • Skilled in the suite of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio) required
  • Skilled in Google Drive tools
  • Skilled in using issue management and documentations systems (i.e. Jira/Confluence)
