Our Partner Management function is central to our growth strategy as we aim to place Celonis Execution Management System on ever consultant’s laptop. We are a partner first organisation and building the Partner ecosystem is of primary importance for the UKI business as our partners race to invest in our technology.   

Your key responsibility as a Senior Partner manager is to lead from the front, drive comprehensive strategy and direction for a group of key partners in the territory across multiple GTMs. Relevant partners mostly will be Big 4 consulting firms, Global and Regional System Integrators.

Role Requirements:

  • Have a minimum 8-15 years of relevant work experience in the area of SaaS partner management, direct sales or business development with Big 4 firms, Global SIs or regional SIs.
  • Have a strong sales-mindset, you are Team oriented & Entrepreneurial.
  • Have the ability to excite others and drive a wave of positive impact through UKI Ecosystem, in part by building strong relationships at partner Executive level.
  • Have a very strong network within Consulting and System Integrator companies.
  • Develop and execute a powerful and holistic partner strategy to achieve sales goals within the assigned territory.
  • Enlist followship to your strategy with other relevant departments (e.g. Direct Sales Teams, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services)
  • Work with partners on achieving assigned goals (typically these goals are sales related, e.g. “net new sourced pipeline” via partners, securing new end customer logo’s through partners and “partner influenced ACV”).
  • Support building, marketing and championing partners go-to-markets by leveraging internal support teams (business planning, pipeline development, QBR, marketing, sales activities across different Go-To-Market options, etc.).
  • Drive technical and sales enablement of partners.
  • Have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems or something similarHave very good knowledge of spoken English other languages are an advantage.
  • Conduct physical and remote meetings with partners and customers.
  • Manage and reflect activities in Celonis’ CRM system.
