The Team:

The CX team is responsible for architecting an unparallel experience that ensures each interaction with Celonis is orchestrated to empower every customer to realize perpetual value. Areas of focus include customer understanding (voice of the customer and intelligence), experience design (digital and non-digital journey experiences by customer segment) and customer advocacy (advisory and exchange forums, customer reviews, references and stories).

The Role:

The Customer Advocacy Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing the process and content capture to scale our customer stories for sales and brand awareness marketing. You will work with field leaders to encourage their support of advocacy activities and connect customers to opportunities that allow them to be experts and influencers. You will partner closely with marketing to create assets including customer case studies, story slides for sales, video testimonials, and more.

The work you’ll do:

  • Build and execute programs to drive advocacy within our existing customer base
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Value teams to maintain accurate customer records in our advocacy database
  • Perform research to identify customers that align with strategic priorities and requests for customer advocates
  • Perform customer account outreach and discovery to build out knowledge of customer use cases, implementation status, adoption and usage
  • Conduct interviews with customers to obtain content for customer advocacy assets (e.g., videos, case studies, online reviews, quotes)
  • Partner with marketing to turn customer stories into emotional and inspiring content
  • Build processes to support regular customer outreach, advocate nurturing, and advocate participation in Celonis programs

The qualifications you need:

  • 5 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, customer success
  • Project management skills, ability to organize, categorize and find information quickly
  • Excellent project management, writing and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including active listening, and the ability to communicate with others clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects while working under pressure
  • Experience building relationships internally with peers and management
  • Mastery of productivity tools like Google suite, Slack, etc.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software, like Salesforce
  • Experience with customer reference management software
