What You'll Be Doing:

    • Analyze forecasting data to assist in developing action plans to remedy service level gaps
    • Proactively escalate any internal and/or external changes that could impact volumes
    • Develop staffing plans with appropriate lead times to ensure staffing levels are achieved on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
    • Conducts multi-dimensional short term and long term forecasting analysis to identify business issues related to workload planning
    • Extracts data from various workforce management tools, self-service systems, and dashboards
    • Utilize data analysis and root cause process assessments to identify waste, inefficiencies and areas of improvement
    • Forecast the hourly/daily/weekly/monthly call volume to meet established division goals (e.g. service level, average speed of answer, average handle time)
    • Compare actual results to forecast, providing recommendations and identifying opportunities for improvement
    • Develop, demonstrate, and continuously improve understanding of upstream and downstream impacts to Operations and their many Business Partners
    • Provides clear communication of the forecasted workload, changes, assumptions, inputs, etc. to the team.

What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 2+ years experience as a Forecast Analyst or equivalent in Workforce Management
    • Preferred: 1+ years experience in Pharmacy or related Healthcare field
    • Preferred: Experience with WFM software (Aspect, NICE. Genesys, Playvox/Agyle Time, etc)
    • Preferred: Experience with Paylocity HRIS
    • Preferred: Experience in a hyper-growth or early stage startup environment
