Office Manager & Hr Support 🔥

Office Administration:
- Supporting the initial set up of local office from an early stage
- Administrative duties including general office operations and vendor management
- Provide clerical and administrative support to optimise office procedures
- Partner with and support tasks from the local regional director
- Be the on-the-ground expert for local knowledge and current affairs
HR:
- Help build and evolve internal company’s culture and inclusive work environment
- Be involved in HR administrative duties including scheduling meetings, interviews, relocation, employment contracts and application of work passes etc.
- Work closely with Global HR and Admin teams to implement global strategies and tailor them to local needs
- Take responsibility in organizing internal and external events
Job Requirements:
- University degree
- Good clerical skills in Lithuanian and English
- At least 3 years of office operations experience in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience in scaling startup offices will be highly advantageous
- Wide array of skills including office management, human resource, finance and global affairs
- Self starter and motivated to drive businesses from scratch
- Comfortable working extended hours when required to
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to commence on short notice is highly desirable
