About the Role

Trio’s top priority is to build a true national network that provides the highest quality support to our site leaders and ensures quality outcomes for all enrolled students. In service of this goal, Trio is hiring our first-ever Network Operations Associate to ensure the organization’s national team and developing sites have the operational support they need to thrive including website and brand building, financial management, and data analysis.

The Network Operations Associate role is ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver with strong operational and executional skills passionate about expanding college and life outcomes for students that traditional higher education has failed to serve. The Network Operations Associate will report directly to the Managing Director of Operations.

Responsibilities include:


  • Develop brand collateral for Trio sites including flyers, advertisements, and T-shirts
  • Update and manage websites for Trio locations using the Webflow platform
  • Support site social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts
  • Manage accounts payable for the organization including processing bills, logging receipts, and coding transactions in Spendesk
  • Manage and review site-specific monthly accounting reports with Trio Executive Directors
  • Audit, clean, and update student tracking systems in support of site leaders
  • Analyze site data for trends and identify patterns and opportunities for improvement
  • Respond to data requests as needed
  • Build tools, resources, and systems as requested by Site Executive Directors
  • Monitor site health and ensure compliance with all local and national regulations
  • Field other operational requests as needed
  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience including prior work in an operational capacity
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Trio including equity, entrepreneurship, humility, and excellence
  • An eye for design, enabling the creation of effective site branding materials and social media posts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to develop strong relationships and collaborate with various internal stakeholders
  • Proactive problem solving with a strong sense of ownership and drive
  • Eagerness to learn new systems and technologies and create them as needed
  • Comfort learning and navigating a variety technical platforms including Hubspot CRM, Heymarket, and Spendesk
